After reservation we will place the requested appartment and rental period “in option”. Only after receipt of the first instalment of 40% of the rent the reservation is final.
40% of the rent (first term) will be paid within 5 days. If this down payment is not received, the appartment will be released.
The second instalment (60% of the rent) and the deposit must be paid 8 weeks prior to the rental period. Failure to make this payment will be considered a cancellation after which the applicable terms and conditions will apply (see Cancellation) and the appartment will be released.
Payment of the rent and deposit will only be made by bank transfer (unless agreed otherwise).
For bookings made within 8 weeks prior to the rental period, the entire rental sum and deposit will be paid immediately (within 5 days). In the absence of payment, the appartment will be released.
If on the date of arrival the rent and deposit have not been paid in full, the appartment will not be at the tenant’s disposal.
The damage deposit will be paid at the latest 1 week before the rental period.
The tenant will receive the deposit within one week after departure, minus the costs of any damage.
If the damage exceeds the amount of the deposit, it will be settled with the tenant.
Cancellation is at the expense of the tenant. In case of cancellation up to 8 weeks before the rental period, 40% of the total rent will be charged. Cancellations within 8 weeks before the rental period will be charged 100% of the total rent.
We advise you to take out cancellation insurance.
Book an apartment
After booking, the accommodation of your choice will be available to you for the desired period of time. After receipt of your payment, the reservation is final. In the absence of payment (more than 7 days after the date of reservation) the reservation expires and the accommodation can be rented to others.
Modify a reservation
It is possible – subject to availability and after consultation – to modify the reservation. This change may result in an additional price or a partial cancellation. If you have booked at a promotional price, which no longer applies at the time of the change, the price then applicable will be charged.
In the event that the reserved accommodation is not available, the owner will immediately inform the tenant and offer him/her another rental without increasing the rent. If the tenant does not wish to do so, the owner will immediately arrange for a refund of all payments received.
The swimming pool is open from May to October. Weather permitting (high temperatures during the day and not too cool nights) it can open earlier or close later. This is at the discretion of the owner.

This applies in particular to the use of the swimming pool. Use of the facilities is entirely at your own risk. Users of the flat must observe the rules of conduct as described in the information guide that you receive well in advance of your arrival.
